I, the undersigned, hereby release the above-named claimant from any LETS transaction if at any time they are offered formal employment. They can return at a later date to complete the exchange.

Note for Claimant:
You can keep this form up to date with your LETS transactions on a regular basis. It can be used to supply the DWP with proof that you were always available to take up work and that you spent less than sixteen hours in any week on LETS - NB this 16 hours includes any part-time work.
