simple book-keeping (computer or paper), issues regular LETS
accounts
Newsletter
Editor
news, views, events, articles, guidelines on using LETS
Social
Secretary
organises social and/or fundraising events, fairs, outings etc
Treasurer
takes care of sterling finances and is sometimes also Membership
Secretary
Membership
Support
helps members identify skills, deals with questions, feeds back
members views
Admin
Helpers
photocopying, collating, mailing out, helping with social and
trading events and outreach
Arbitrators
ensuring the accountability of management to members; adjudicating
in case of any disputes
Advisors
liaising with members and overseeing the development of the
scheme as a whole
As
the group develops the need for new roles develops in response to
requirements
